"Struggling to get an NHS dentist"

I am writing with disgust about the treatment I received from Bolton Primary Care and hope that you can make the NHS dentist places more fairer.

I rang regarding NHS bolton dentist and was told there was no more NHS places. The receptionist would not provide me with the necessary info, I had to ask for info at each point, they never helped and I felt they just wanted to put the receiver down. All they said, I had to do was ring next month. they did not say what day, time or anything else- I had to ask. What happens if NHS dentist places become available during the month?

Also, I work, so the chances of me getting a NHS dentist is very poor because firstly I felt that the receptionist was unhelpful and second because I work and therefore cannot ring to get a place.
