(as a service user),

Your hearing test and devices have restored by social life. No longer infuriate my wife, no more confusion with "B"s, "P"s and "T"s etc, no longer excluded from group chats.

Your original assessment and equipment used was incredible. Your counselling of me an new user was so useful that I have relayed the principles to other new users.

In ongoing use, the prompt fitting of "Sports" thingies has proved so effective.

My only regret is that I have not appreciated the people behind your service till now. Making amends, I name Gaynor and Donna as both so professional and helpful at my recent visit - as before over the years. I thank you and your colleagues most sincerely.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.
