What I liked
I would just like to express my thanks for the excellent care I received last week when I had a fast-track replacement knee operation. All involved at each stage in the process, from clerking in to checking out, were unfailingly helpful and efficient. The teamwork was all the more impressive because it appeared to be natural rather than forced and the behaviour and professionalism of each member of the various teams (from consultants to porters) was a credit to you all - as incidentally was the help given by the Cashier to recover a jacket I later discovered I had left behind on the ward!
