It is really hard to get an appointment by phone at my GP surgery - Deysbrook Medical centre. It feels like trying to cross the Berlin wall. There is something about their attitude and the way they question you. I now make appointments online (although I’d rather not do it that way) because then I don’t get all the questions and I can see which GP we will be getting. The doctors are lovely though.
