What a complete waste of time have been trying for over two weeks to book online appointment no available ,phoned twice still unable to book not very helpful staff told now to get in touch with doc mean while my husband in pain but it seems that's acceptable if this is the way forward then god help us all!!!!

Thank you for taking the time to submit feedback. It seems as though you were trying to book an appointment using the online NHS e-Referral Service (Choose & Book) following a referral by your GP. If this is the case, your GP surgery should be able to help book an appointment for your husband.
