What I liked

I went in to Broomfield and they lost all my details, so no tests etc, no booked on or off the ward, also nearly got my prescription wrong at the hospital pharmacy.

Also set my friends broken shoulder and collar bone wrong and she went to Addenbrookes in Cambridge to have it put right.

And the final BIG really bad poopoo is another friend had a bike accident last year on the Braintree roundabout near Freeport and they missed a broken hip, it expanded etc and has huge problems, so he now has a limp and perm nerve damage...

What could be improved

More organised etc

Anything else?

I spent 6 weeks chasing the doctors secretary and no notes went to my GP which has cost me in the end as no tests...
