Arrived at hospital for a heart procedure to be told it had been cancelled without prior notification. Given a revised date by Hospital staff with an assurance the procedure would be carried out on that date.
Few days later phone call to say date changed to the following day. A week before the date letter received to indicate another postponement.
Telephone service diabolical - always on voice mail and never return call and not able to speak to anyone. All adds to stress levels and anxiety. Complete lack of confidence in hospital.
