I have been getting treated for my neck on the N. H. S for the last 8 months was referred from my G. P after been seen by the Neurologist.
The physiotherapist that was looking after me has now left and I was passed on to a different threapist. Since I saw the new therapist I've been in so much pain in my neck its bruised and the other side what has no problems is now hurting.
When they worked on me it really hurt it felt like they was pushing thier thumb right in middle of the neck. I did tell them at the time it hurt and I did grasp so they knew they was hurting me but didn't stop I have had lots of physiotherapy and never experienced anything like this before. Yes I've felt a little sore but not pain and bruised an cant move my neck.
I would like to know where I stand and some advice please I am calling Monday to complain and ask to be treated by somebody eles.
I will have to try and find somebody to sort my neck out tomorrow which I cant afford and shouldn't have to after been treated by the NHS but I can not cope with the pain or lack of movement.
