"Poor care from the day shift at Western General Edinburgh"

I found many of the day shift ward staff from the Friday to the Sunday were appauling, with a few exceptions. I feel there was a complete scattergun approach to my care. It was a relief when the nightshift came on at 20:00hrs, care then took on its true meaning and praise to them and Monday's dayshift.

Too many issues to go into here but they will all be covered in my official complaint. I have had the misfortune of requiring many hospital stays, this one was shocking. I hope that my complaint results in appropriate action been taken.
