I attended the Podiatry Department at Dewsbury Health Centre in 2013 and was prescribed insoles which sorted out my problem. These insoles needed replacing so I rang Locala to arrange this. Thanks to the lady on the central switchboard, the podiatrist who rang me back within half an hour, the receptionist at the health centre and finally to James. They were all friendly and efficient and a credit to the service.
