"Unfriendly reception."

Came to hospital for scan, scanning staff very good however quite unfriendly reception. My mum who was meeting me there arrived before me and asked for help at reception to ask if they knew if I had arrived yet. She was told point blank they couldnt help and when i arrived on approaching the desk which is half moon shaped one reveptionist was chatting and so i stood next to a lady at the desk who was speaking to the other receptionist. The receptionist immediately looked at me and told me to get in line and form a queue. Just not very friendly at all.
