"Cant say enough about how wonderful everyone was"

About: Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I visited the Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy for a colonoscopy and I just wanted to praise the doctor and the staff.

They were so kind and so attentive. You hear so many negative things and I wanted to make sure to let them know how I felt. Cant say enough about how wonderful everyone was.

It was lovely to read that our staff looked after you well when you came for your recent colonoscopy procedure. A bit of kindness goes a long way in making an experience so much better and I will be sure to pass on your feedback to all our staff.
