What I liked

Over a period of 10 years I have been treated as a patient who can discuss treatment options with the consultant and even without medical qualifications have been able to exchange views and treated like an adult who may have comments to make on how I feel.

What could be improved

Waiting times particularly in the pharmacy

Anything else?

An exceptional hospital that works well with traditional medicine; sympathetic, highly trained staff who have time for patients.

We are sorry for the pharmacy waiting times. We are reviewing the pharmacy arrangements and hope to reduce the waiting times in due course.
