"ENT visit."

I was sent to A&E by my doctor as I was experiencing prolonged nosebleeds. They sent me up to ENT to have a nasal cauterisation. After a reasonably short wait I was seen by a doctor. In a word, they were brilliant. The treatment wasn't pleasant but I was desperate for my nose to stop bleeding. I was told in detail exactly what they were going to do at each stage, I felt very comfortable during my treatment due to the doctor's manner and medical expertise. I have nothing but praise to give and would like to say a big thank you, the NHS at it's best.
