What I liked

My mother was in hospital for 3 weeks and she received excellent care, she suffers with Alzheimers and all the staff were sensitive to her needs, kind and caring.

What could be improved

More information on what we were allowed to do. perhaps an information pack

Anything else?

No comment about the parking, although I do understand things are in a bit of an upheavel with all the building works.

We are sorry about the parking - we are trying to help people as much as possible but parking is difficult whilst we are in the middle of such a large scale building project, please bear with us.
