About: Poole General Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I had surgery last Wednesday, day surgery, under the care of Ms Nugent to have my implant serviced with new batteries. I can't fault the care from all on the day unit, and my surgeon and specialist nurse Jan. I had wonderful care from a male nurse in recovery, Carlos, who was attentive and professional throughout, so thank you Carlos, and thank you to all those who worked so hard and were very busy all day.
