"No disability access"

About: Ealing

(as the patient),

There is zero disability access to the upper floors of K Block and the Ealing Hospital site.

Also, the site itself has many steep inclines and no consistent pavement to access the back of the site, so if I take an extended time while managing to walk, as I do, my safety is at risk from cars causing me to speed up and cause additional pain.

As someone who is expected to attend services on the upper floors of K Block weekly and finds it hard to walk on a flat surface at all, stairs being the only options is ridiculous and agonisingly painful, causing mental breakdowns from such a high level of distress.
