"Impressive care from St Pauls Surgery, Winchester"

I had tonsillitis last week, thought I was better - went back to work on Tuesday. Today my tonsils swelled right up again, my throat is really sore and I'm losing my voice.

I left work early and called my local surgery. My GP called me back 15 minutes later, prescribed me penicillin over the telephone and the prescription was waiting for me by the time I got to the surgery 45 minutes later.

I'm so impressed with the efficiency of the NHS and how easy they are to use - this is just one of many great experiences I have had with them.
