(as the patient),

I regularly receive food supplements from the nutrition and dieticians department. This is an excellent service and has helped me so much. I just let them know when my stock of food supplements is running low and they arrange for some more to be delivered. This is an excellent service.

I support the organisation in making sure that the voice of patients and the public is heard and used in planning services. This involves running events, managing surveys, and building networks with the local community.
