What I liked
Excellent service. Consultant was pleasant and put us at ease. They explained what was going to happen, did the scope themselves. Then arranged a hearing test. We returned to see them and obtained a prescription. All within one hour. The nurses and reception staff were friendly and efficient. From an appreciative patient and his wife - thanks.
What could be improved
Nothing in regard to clinical care but the parking is difficult!
Anything else?
It is far better to attend for consultation and have test undertaken on the same day (and be given a diagnosis) than have to return; especially when you work full time and on shifts.
