(as the patient),

The last few weeks that I've been attending have been very helpful and obliging in every way. The staff and the group members have been very good and entertaining at times!

I shall miss my Friday especially as I'm moving away in the next few weeks and hoping to find a group through our new GP.

We feel we should thank Dr Granfield for recommending T to come here.

He's made some lovely friends.
