"Excellent care"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Cardiology

Dad was taken to North Devon District Hospital whilst on holiday with acute pain. The care given during his stay was first class. Many tests/scans /xrays were done to locate the source of the pain. All if the staff on Victoria ward were very caring and professional. The ward was clean and tidy. Staff kept us well informed and were very kind and understanding. We would all like to thank the staff for everything they did to help us all when we were all a long way from home.

Dear Neil

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I was sorry to learn you needed to bring your father to the hospital for treatment, due to his sudden onset of pain, however I was very pleased to note that he received such good care, and that staff kept you fully informed during his care and treatment, at what must have been a very worrying time for you all.

I have shared your comments with the ward manager where I know they will be warmly received. I do hope your father is now fully recovered and wish you all a very happy Christmas and new year.
