What I liked

Promptness of my treatment. From initial appointment to surgery took 4 months however this could have been 3 months but i could not fit an earlier. All staff i came into contact with were helpful and considerate especially the nurses on the Easton ward where i was kept in over night after my op.

What could be improved

Toast was cold!
