Run a mile

- when toilets are filthy 2 hours after reporting it,

- when appointment info is erroneous ,

- when doctors don't speak to you if they can help it,

- when staff are brusque,

- when there is no drinking water for patients who have to wait hours.

In other words:avoid Outpatient Surgery at Barnet.
