The whole experience from the initial consultation,to the pre op assessment, the actual procedure and the removal of stitches has been exemplary. All the staff are helpful, friendly, efficient and professional. This has been an example of the NHS at its' best. I am so pleased to hear of the first class care your mum received at Queen’s hospital, at what must have been a worrying time for you all. I am glad that all staff that your mum came into contact with were friendly, helpful and professional every step of the way. I appreciate you taking the time to leave your comment and I hope that your mum is recovering well.

I will pass this onto the divisional nurse for this department so that your lovely comments can be shared with the staff.

Yours Sincerely

Nadeem Moghal

Medical Director
