Our son was referred to the Children's Hospital - Queen Mary - at St Helier Hospital following a visit to A&E at Epsom following ongoing hip pain.
The service which we received was exceptional - from the receptionist's welcome, to the initial meeting with the Dr (who has the most wonderful approach with children), to the X-Ray and Ultra Sound along with Physio.
It was the most wonderful treatment and so efficiently organised with every department within a few short steps of each other enabling the Dr to quickly diagnose what was the problem.
We were sent away from physio instructions and a dedicated phone number of the Physiotherapist if we had any queries and today we returned for the six week check up.
Again another very efficient and welcoming service.
Please do pass on our thanks to everyone who works in the department :-)
