What I liked

I would like to say a huge thank you for the kindness and support I received from all the staff on ward B4. I was very anxious about my operation but they made me comfortable and gave me confidence.

Staff were courteous, attentive and went out of their way to reassure me. My family were allowed to attend out of visiting hours to settle me in overnight and collect me after the operation.

Surgery, recovery and aneasthetic team were second to none and every effort was made to ensure that post procedure I was pain free and well monitored.

I was so impressed with all concerned.

I am certain that my swift recovery at home this week has been down to good care while in hospital.
