After coming to the hospital for 3 months I still find the maps you provide difficult to follow your maps are not very easy to understand and inevitably I get lost, frustrated and stressed and at 8 am in the morning there is no one to ask without going through your main entrance which is not helpful when you are at the other end of the hospital so when sending out letters please include a map that is easy to understand for olé rand younger people to follow, try asking members of the public to give you their opinion and not just leave the patient to struggle
