"Duty of care"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

I attended bluebell A ward 5.11.16 to visit my brother, I found him drenched in a black currant drink as was the bed and the floor. The table full of water, his belongings were soaking wet, my brother has tongue cancer and is nil by mouth, his trachie tube was filthy, there were two inner tubes of his trachie in a plastic cup also filthy dirty, he has a chest infection, where is the duty of care, during the week he managed to leave the ward and was found by a visitor by the lift where he had fallen as he is so week. He is being sold drink by the person that sells the paper and the staff that dishes out the dinner was also giving him milk do they not know what NBM means. Please ensure that anyone working on the wards know this it could cause a serious accident or worse.
