Unfortunately I do not know enough about your circumstances to be certain but I suspect you have been referred through the Devon Access & Referral Team (DART), in which case you will not need to have a password when you call the contact number given. If this is the case then I am sorry that this was not made clear to you.

If you have been supplied with an 0845 DART contact number please call them and they will help. If you are not sure who to call then the DART Helpline on 01626 883888 can give you some advice.
