I got my hand caught in a drill at work, and it damaged my index finger on both joints. I was really dreading going to sit in A&E for hours on end.
When I arrived I saw they were very busy and thought to myself I'm going to be here hours - within two hours I'd been seen and had my hand xrayed and stitched.
The male nurse who I saw was brill, made the experience easier, was pleasantly surprised - so thanks DRI, I was impressed with your service.
