"Poor service from management"

Don't know how these poor receptionists work at the front desk - I went in there last week, the receptionist had a so called manager behind them treating them like rubbish - my impression was if they can treat the workers like that then the ill have no chance, my father who i went in with was not too happy with the so called new service they provide and had a word with a member of staff, who basically advised my elderly dad that if he didn't like the service then he is free to leave. do see them lasting much in my humble opinion.
