What I liked

Apart from the comments below everything was perfect at the hospital. I have been a patient at three different NHS hospital and i have to say the level of service at Queens Hospital is rated very high. The staff were friendly and very helpful and took their time to listen to what has to be said. In all my first experience at Queens Hospital from maternity triage to postnatal ward was wonderful and I hope the staff can continue to maintain a high standard of service that was provided during my stay.

What could be improved

what could be improved was the amount of time i spent in the labour ward before being transfered to the postnatal ward.

I would like to thank all members of the postnatal ward for the excellent care i recieved from the staff during my stay on coral ward. Keep up the good work. Also thanks to the Midwife Team (Dagenham South) that visit mothers after discharge for their promptness.
