Going to the course is really helping me understand my condition in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. I have learnt so much from friendly teachers some of whom have lived experiences of mental health problems. Most importantly it is helping me with coping strategies to help me deal with my schizophrenia and I can't thank the team enough for what they are doing for me. I would really recommend anyone who suffers with psychosis or schizophrenia to go along it could change your life and the way you deal with your condition.
