"Children's orthopaedic outpatients"

Thank you so much to the lovely Physiotherapist (Luke) who saw my daughter this week for her foot orthotics. She was so nervous about going to the hospital but he really put her at ease. He spoke to her directly throughout the appointment and was very patient when she was hesitant to speak at first. He could so easily have just spoken to me to speed things up, but he took the time to deal with her directly as the patient as I really did appreciate it. Thank you so much for a fantastic and reassuring appointment.
