What I liked
Cleanliness of the hospital.
What could be improved
Apalling treatment received at Harlow hospital EPU. Rude staff. Treated like an inconvenience rather than a woman terrified of losing her babies. Harlow failed to administer an injection which I have been informed by another hospital, could have saved my twins. Treated by a multitude of locums who had not read my notes and did not know my medical history (my notes were lost on two occasions).
