"Consultant is amazing, the ENT staff are..."

About: Stoke Mandeville Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

My consultant is an amazing person, they have so much time and interest in each patient. The rest of the ENT team however, are terrible. My first appointment was a waste of time as they didn't even have my records on their system, my second appointment was another waste of time as I was 2 1/2 hours late going into my appointment because of a back log and there wasn't even any time to have a hearing test, and my most recent appointment is really the icing on the cake... it was cancelled without my knowledge. I've already spoken to PALS and will keep speaking to anyone and everyone till Stoke Mandeville sort the communication and system out. I'm meant to have a hearing test 6 months after the operation, the next available appointment I can get is 10 months after my operation. I'm exasperated with this service.
