"A&E referral from GP"

About: New Cross Hospital / Accident and emergency

After 3 wks Flu symptoms & cough had treatment by GP for URTI, Chest Infection 2 courses anti-biotics & steroids no better. Acute Stabbing Back pain, Lethargy, loss appetite, Breathlessness finally referred to A&E New Cross. Reception staff were amazing, Nursing Staff & Dr's were sympathetically, efficient, pleasant & diagnosed Pleurisy.

Pharmacy were excellent as were all staff including coffee bar staff. What a wonderful hospital the staff were a credit to to NHS
