I was waiting to be seen in the A/E department waiting room it was very busy and some people were sitting on the floor it was packed people were waiting as they should, but there were two people who were getting very angry about waiting and started shouting and banging on the glass at the reception girls. 2 big security men came in and were polite and spoke very quietly( I was sitting right where these two men were ) to these to young men asking them to be patient and to stop there bad language and to calm down or they would be removed as it wasnt fair on the rest of the people waiting.
I'd just like to say how well these 2 security men dealt with this in such a polite and caring manner in very difficult circumstances, they must be an asset to your department This made me and i'm sure people around me feel very safe, so please pass on my thanks to these two men both very big men. Thank you again.
