"Still waiting...."

Me and my partner was referred 2 years ago due to problems conceiving... I have had a little op, and my partner had some tests done, they said they would call us back in 6 weeks for the results. This was January- it is now 28th October, can never get through to anyone when I ring. I think any appointment is valuable but when it is such a sore subject to be going anyway and for no1 to be in touch since I am disgusted. Nobody helps when we phone- so 10 month down the line we are still none the wiser on our results or next steps! Maybe now someone will get in touch!!!!!
