What I liked
I was treated on Cotswold ward following an abdominal hysterectomy operation. The nurses and health care assistants couldn't have been more helpful, despite the fact they were extremely busy all the time.
What could be improved
The food! To be fair some of what I had was 'ok'. More staff. It was a bank holiday weekend and at one time I believe there was only 2 or 3 nurses, which I assume would be fine, apart from the emergency admissions.
Anything else?
The bedside manner of the anaesthetist was not good. He appeared extremely irritated with me due to the fact that my veins didn't wish to play!! Unfortunately, this stressed me more than I already was.
