We cannot thank enough our GP, Dr O'Moore for his prompt referral of our son to Queen's with suspected pneumonia and the staff at Queen's. He was seen immediately on his arrival at A & E and received great care from all involved. Dr Jessica Gates was excellent in her initial diagnosis of his illnesss and she clearly cares for her patients. She is a credit to the NHS.

Our son needed numerous tests and was subsequently admitted to the Medical Receiving Unit, where he was looked after by both Ellie and Cecilia amongst many other staff. Again, their calm and caring manner really helped us through a very worrying time. Nothing was too much trouble for them and despite our son's increasing stress, they remained attentive and accomodating. Both are also a credit to the NHS.
