"Broomfield hospital appointments services"

About: Broomfield Hospital

(as the patient),

How rude can one can be is a question I might be able to answer: just try the broomfield hospital appointments to find out

Terrible, so what was I subjected to:

- no name to present oneself

- voice very abrupt

- ask if they could remind me when my next appointment was they told me to write it down into a diary

- I repeated to them I was calling from work and was standing up next to a lift so had no paper to write things down they replied I was been rude, I do have a French accent, because I am French should I apologise for this? I don't think so, I pay my taxes in the UK and been doing so for over 40 years!

- because the auto answer is saying I can be reminded by text I asked her and they told me it was not possible because it is not done this way! so why telling us otherwise?

- the auto answer is telling me I will be called back for feedback, where is this call back, never receive it? !

I could be from 'tombactu' or where else I will not accept to be spoken in this way, it is a disgrace!

You are busy, so am I! There are absolutely no excuses for treating people in this way.
