That I was referred quickly,
What could be improved
Well I could not understand most of what the consultant said. He did tell me to continue to use the drug prescribed even though the side effects are worse than my ailment. Also I do not know wether, I am to return to the hospital for treatment etc or do I go to my Doctor. I handed my letter and my NHS number at reception so I have no information on who to contact.
