"Nothing was too much trouble"

Hi I want to leave my most sincere compliments and thanks to all the staff at The Cambian Healthcare Ltd, Delfryn House Hospital near Mold in Flintshire North Wales,

I recently had a stay in Delfryn House Hospital in North Wales where upon my admission I was given a warm and friendly welcome by all the staff from the consultant psychiatrist Dr Nash, the psychologist to all the nurses, the occupational therapists, the support workers, the cleaning staff and the maintenance workers, the catering staff and not forgetting the other patients,

When or if I needed anything it was done for me, nothing was too much trouble for all the above staff which made my anxious admission go with no unnecessary stress,

Every member of staff made my stay extremely comfortable, through there professionalism and there true caring nature, they made themselves easy to approach which was reassuring and that contributed to me settling in quite quick,

The cleaning staff worked extremely hard keeping the hospital a clean and comfortable place to be in, and the catering staff supplied plenty of beautiful tasty well presented food,

I only wish I could thank all the staff personally by name, so I compliment and thank them all collectively,

Although through personal reasons my stay was just for 14 days it is the best hospital experience I have ever had thus I would recommend Delfryn House Hospital to anyone that needs the best care, because that best care was given to not just myself but to all the patients that where being treated there at Delfryn House Hospital,
