About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital / Respiratory medicine

(as the patient),

I was admitted to hospital with pneumonia,

I was placed on Coltishall ward and was looked after for the next 18 days by the most wonderful caring hospital staff I have ever met,

Nothing was to much trouble for any of the staff on the ward,

They kept me informed of what was happening with my health going up and down daily,

The care I received was first class second to none,

The Doctors, Nurses, Health Care Assistants and the Serco Staff made sure that my stay in Coltishall ward was as pleasant and comfortable as possible,

I would like to say a big thank you to all you,

You do a fantastic job.
