my father was in bath ruh on perry ward and the nurse that was dealing with him shouted at him because he was bleeding on the floor. she shouted 'i told you to put pressure on it'. she done it in front of other patients and my father's family. there was blood all over the floor. she got a paper towel put her foot on it to wipe it up. she didnt use the proper clean materials.
