What I liked

I was on Abbey Suite, last week, recovering from a hip replacement operation and would like to thank you all so much for the wonderful treatment that I received. All of the staff were so kind and patient that the ‘dreaded stay’ was made as good as it could possibly be. You are all so hard working and do such long shifts but were constantly cheerful and positive. I felt the whole procedure was what the NHS is all about and know that I would not have received better treatment if I had gone private, probably better.. Once again thank you all so much.
