"Could not find fault"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / General medicine (Wards 5d)

(as the patient),

I was a patient ward 8a in new queen elizabeth university hospital due to sepsis and burst abscess. It was safe and I was looked after to a high standard. I could not find fault.
