About: Bromley Healthcare / Talk together Bromley (IAPT)

(as the patient),

- Started to have intrusive thoughts and severe doubts whether I could do my job as I was unsure I could retain all the knowledge required for it. Started to check I had knowledge and memory of all things I have ever been taught (thinking this would confirm I can do my job), by going over and over things and developed clinically relevant OCD.

What was good? Highly efficient, quality care. The therapist was good.
